Premium Hardwood Services
Elevate your home's luxury and property value. Specializing in advanced dustless refinishing, custom stain blending, and massive wide-plank installations.
Equipped By The Industry's Best
Say goodbye to toxic sawdust.
Historically, refinishing hardwood floors meant vacating your house for a week while cheap contractors filled your HVAC system, furniture, and lungs with a toxic cloud of carcinogenic sawdust.
We've eliminated the mess. ProCoat utilizes state-of-the-art Bona® Dust-Mitigated Sanding Systems. Our heavy drum sanders and edgers are directly tethered to multi-stage, industrial HEPA vacuums that capture 99% of airborne dust before it ever leaves the machine.
Breathe Easy.
No taping up cabinets, no paying for massive post-construction cleaning crews, and no lingering dust in your ductwork. We restore your historic floors to factory-new condition cleanly, efficiently, and safely.
HEPA Filtration
Captures 99% of dust.
Custom Stains
Blend any color you desire.
Commercial Finish
High-traffic polyurethane.
Eco-Friendly
Low-VOC waterborne options.
Bringing 2025's design trends home.
Whether you are ripping out old carpet to unify your living spaces or building a custom home from the ground up, our master carpenters execute flawless new hardwood installations.
Wide-Plank Exotics & Oak
We source premium, organic-toned white oak, hickory, and exotic hardwoods in modern wide-plank formats that make any room feel expansive and luxurious.
Herringbone & Geometric Layouts
Standard straight lays are great, but for a true architectural statement, our crews are trained in complex custom parquet, chevron, and herringbone installations.
Flawless Subfloor Prep
A squeaky floor is a sign of a lazy installer. We meticulously level subfloors, repair joists, and utilize premium moisture barriers to ensure your new floor is dead silent and perfectly flat.
Hardwood Buff & Coat
Not every floor needs a full, down-to-the-bare-wood restoration. If your hardwood is structurally sound but starting to look dull, or has accumulated light surface scratches from pets and daily foot traffic, our Buff & Coat service is the perfect solution.
Also known as a "screen and recoat," this process involves lightly abrading the existing topcoat of polyurethane to remove micro-scratches and embedded dirt. We then apply a fresh, commercial-grade layer of protective polyurethane. It restores the factory shine, adds years to the life of your floor, and costs a fraction of a full refinish.
- ✓ Restores original luster and shine immediately
- ✓ Removes light surface scratches and scuff marks
- ✓ Fast, affordable 1-day process with zero dust
The Hardwood Process.
We do not rush perfection. Hardwood requires patience, acclimatization, and precise craftsmanship.
Acclimation & Prep
For new installs, wood must sit in your home's climate for days to prevent future buckling. For refinishes, we prep the space and deploy our dust-mitigation HEPA units.
Installation / Sanding
We either precisely nail/glue down your new planks, or run heavy drum sanders across existing floors to strip away the old finish, revealing the beautiful raw wood beneath.
Custom Stain Blending
We water-pop the wood grain and hand-rub your chosen stain. We can lay down multiple color swatches directly on your raw floor so you can see exactly how it reacts to your home's lighting.
Protective Polyurethane
We seal the floor with 2 to 3 coats of commercial-grade polyurethane (available in matte, satin, or gloss). This locks in the color and provides years of scratch and scuff resistance.

Underlayment serves multiple purposes, including providing a smooth surface for floor installation, reducing noise, providing thermal insulation, and acting as a moisture barrier. Whether you are installing hardwood, laminate, vinyl, or carpet, the right underlayment can make a significant difference in the look, feel, and longevity of your floors. By choosing the appropriate underlayment for your specific flooring type and needs, you can ensure a successful and lasting flooring installation that you will be satisfied with for years to come.

Yes, you can install new flooring over old flooring in certain circumstances. However, it is important to assess the condition of the existing flooring to ensure a successful installation. Factors such as height differences, stability of the subfloor, and type of new flooring being installed should be considered. For the best results, it is recommended to remove old flooring first
