Why do hardware store epoxy kits always peel?
If you've ever painted a garage floor yourself, or hired a cheap "painter" to roll epoxy onto your concrete, you likely experienced Hot Tire Pickup. This happens when the heat from your car's tires literally melts the cheap, water-based epoxy and rips it right off the floor.
This failure happens for two reasons: a lack of proper mechanical preparation, and using weak, outdated chemicals.

Built-In Slip Resistance

How we do it in just one day.
Speed does not mean cutting corners. We use advanced, rapid-cure chemistry and heavy-duty equipment to execute a flawless installation.
Mechanical Grinding
We utilize heavy planetary grinders attached to HEPA vacuums to grind off old paint, stains, and the top layer of concrete, creating a porous profile (CSP 3) for maximum adhesion.
Mending & Repair
We never coat over cracks. We use a rapid-curing polyurea mender to completely fill all concrete cracks, pits, and spalls, grinding them perfectly flush with the floor.
Base Coat & Flake
We lay down a heavily pigmented polyurea base coat that wicks into the open concrete pores. We immediately broadcast 100% full-coverage decorative vinyl flakes to create texture and color.
Polyaspartic Clear Coat
After scraping and recovering excess flake, we apply a high-build Res-Tek polyaspartic clear coat. This locks in the flakes, provides a high-gloss finish, and makes the floor impervious to chemicals.
