Professional Tub Refinishing
Don't rip out a structurally sound tub. We use premium Bathworks resins to chemically fuse a brilliant, high-gloss, porcelain-like finish over your old tub in just a few hours.
Engineered With Industrial-Grade Resins & Abrasives
Why replace when you can restore?
Ripping out an old bathtub is rarely a simple job. Because tubs are usually installed before the drywall and tile go up, removing one means destroying the surrounding walls and flooring.
A "simple" $500 tub replacement quickly turns into a $4,000 nightmare requiring a plumber, a drywaller, and a tile setter, leaving your only bathroom out of commission for two weeks.
The ProCoat Refinishing Solution
If your tub is structurally sound but stained, chipped, or an ugly outdated color (like 1980s pink or avocado green), we can permanently reglaze it in place. No demolition, no plumbers, no mess. You get a brilliant, factory-new finish in a single day.

Why DIY Tub Paint Peels in Weeks
There is a massive chemical difference between a $40 hardware store epoxy kit and a commercial-grade aliphatic polyurethane glaze.
Retail "Tub & Tile" Spray Cans
The Temporary Fix
Retail tub painting kits rely on standard epoxy or acrylic aerosol paints. Because porcelain and fiberglass are non-porous, these paints have nothing to grip onto.
- ✖ Rapid Delamination: Hot water and regular bathing flexes the tub slightly, causing rigid, cheap epoxy to instantly crack and peel away in large sheets.
- ✖ Yellowing: Standard epoxies are not UV or chemical stable. They quickly turn a dirty yellow color when exposed to light or cleaning products.
Bathworks Commercial Glaze
The Professional Standard
We utilize Bathworks, an aerospace-grade aliphatic acrylic polyurethane. Combined with a proprietary molecular bonding agent (silane), our system literally fuses with the existing tub.
- ✓ Molecular Bonding: Our acid-etch and silane primer chemically welds the new high-gloss resin to the microscopic pores of your tub, making peeling practically impossible.
- ✓ High-Gloss Porcelain Look: The self-leveling aliphatic polyurethane cures to a brilliant, hard, glossy finish that looks and feels exactly like brand new porcelain.

The Reglazing Process.
We do not skip steps. True durability requires aggressive chemical preparation and a sterile environment.
Mask & Vent
We extensively mask your bathroom with 3M tape and plastic to protect floors and vanities. We set up heavy industrial exhaust blowers to vent all fumes outside.
Strip & Etch
We strip away any old paint, soap scum, and hard water deposits. We then apply a specialized acid-etching compound to dull the porcelain and create a porous, gripping surface.
Prime & Bond
Any chips or rust spots are filled with waterproof polymer putty and sanded smooth. We then wipe the tub with an aerospace silane bonding agent to act as a molecular glue.
Bathworks Application
Using high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) spray systems, we apply multiple layers of the brilliant white Bathworks resin, resulting in a flawless, mirror-like finish.
