Precision Subfloor Repair
A beautiful floor is only as strong as the foundation beneath it. We fix squeaky joists, level uneven concrete, and mitigate moisture issues before your new flooring fails.
Engineered With Industrial-Grade Polymers & Levelers
Why do brand new floors separate and crack?
It is the dirtiest secret in the flooring industry: lazy installers will lay expensive Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) or hardwood directly over a bumpy, uneven subfloor just to get the job done quickly.
Because modern flooring is "rigid core," any dip or hump in the subfloor creates a void. When you walk over that void, the floor bends. Within months, the locking mechanisms on your planks will snap, the floor will separate, and tile grout will crack. The entire investment is ruined.
The ProCoat Structural Guarantee
We refuse to install on a bad foundation. Before laying a single plank, we rigorously test your subfloor with a 10-foot straight edge. If it isn't flat within 3/16ths of an inch, we grind down the high spots and pour self-leveling concrete to fill the lows.
Laser Leveled
Perfectly flat foundations.
Squeak Free
We secure loose plywood joists.
Moisture Sealed
Prevents cupping & mold.
Warranty Safe
Meets strict manufacturer specs.
Concrete Leveling vs. Moisture Mitigation
Different subfloor problems require highly specialized chemical and cementitious solutions.
Self-Leveling Underlayment (SLU)
The Flatness Solution
SLU is a specialized, highly fluid cement mixture. Unlike standard concrete, it contains advanced polymers that allow it to flow like water and seek its own perfect level before curing into a rock-hard surface.
- ✓ Fills Deep Depressions: Can be poured from 1/8" up to several inches thick to fix massively sunken living rooms or basement floors.
- ✓ Rapid Curing: Premium SLU cures fast enough to walk on in 2-3 hours and install flooring over in 16-24 hours.
Epoxy Moisture Mitigation
The Hydrostatic Solution
If your concrete tests high for Moisture Vapor Emission Rates (MVER), groundwater is pushing up through the slab. This will rot hardwood and destroy floor glues.
- ✓ 100% Solids Epoxy Barrier: We apply a thick, penetrating epoxy that locks into the concrete pores and physically blocks water vapor from rising.
- ✓ Protects Hardwood: Absolutely critical for gluing down engineered hardwood or LVP over a basement or "slab-on-grade" foundation.

The Repair Process.
We do not guess. We diagnose, test, and engineer a foundation that will last a lifetime.
Diagnostic Testing
We map the entire room with laser levels and 10-foot straight edges to identify high/low spots. We also perform Calcium Chloride or relative humidity (RH) tests for moisture.
Mechanical Profiling
We deploy heavy planetary grinders connected to HEPA vacuums to grind down concrete high spots, remove old glue, and open the concrete pores so new cement can bond.
Prime & Seal
We apply an advanced acrylic or epoxy primer to the concrete. This prevents the porous concrete from sucking the moisture out of the self-leveler too quickly.
The SLU Pour
We mix and rapidly pour the Self-Leveling Underlayment (SLU), utilizing gauge rakes and spike rollers to manipulate the flow and create a perfectly flat, glass-like foundation.
