What makes Poly Rez so different?
Standard concrete floors in basements or commercial spaces are often cold, dusty, and prone to staining. Traditional tile offers a solution, but introduces grout lines that inevitably crack, harbor dirt, and look dated.
We utilize Poly Rez Metallic Epoxy. Unlike standard hardware store paints, Poly Rez is a 100% solids, zero-VOC resin. We suspend ultra-fine metallic pigments within this self-leveling clear resin. As the epoxy cures, the metallic powders move, flow, and lock into place, creating a stunning, three-dimensional illusion of craters, ripples, and swirling liquid glass.

Concrete Acid & Water Staining
If the high-gloss "liquid glass" look of metallic epoxy isn't for you, we also offer premium concrete staining. This process is perfect for achieving a warm, rustic, or modern industrial aesthetic in commercial retail spaces or residential patios.
Unlike paint that sits on the surface, acid stains chemically react with the minerals already present in your concrete. This creates deep, mottled, earth-toned colors (like rich terracottas, leathers, and deep greens) that will never peel or chip. We then lock the stain in with a durable, UV-stable urethane topcoat.

The Poly Rez Installation Process.
A successful metallic epoxy floor is 80% preparation and 20% artistic execution.
Concrete Profiling
We use planetary diamond grinders to remove old sealers and open the concrete pores. We then fill all cracks and divots with polymer mender.
Vapor Barrier Prime
We lay down a heavily pigmented, 100% solids epoxy primer. This completely seals the concrete, preventing air bubbles from ruining the metallic coat.
The Metallic Pour
We mix the Poly Rez metallic pigments and pour the thick, self-leveling resin. Our artists use specialized squeegees and solvents to manipulate the flow and create the 3D effect.
Clear Urethane Topcoat
Once the epoxy cures, we apply a high-wear polyaspartic or urethane clear coat to protect the floor from scratches, UV light, and harsh chemicals.
